I am always making up stories and reading them out aloud to my friends. I tell tales of faraway lands and even write down the stories that come to me in my dreams. I also share the stories of my travels. My pen-inked wings have taken me far and wide to where I have heard different languages being spoken. I have learnt how to say hello in ten different languages!
I always speak each word with great love so that I can open my listeners’ ears and hearts. I like to speak poetically and with grace. One of my all-time favourite activities is saying tongue twisters. Tongue twisters are bunches of words that make your mouth feel tangled as you say them.
Repeat this tongue twister after me, “Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?”
I love reciting verses of rhymes because it feels as if the words are floating in the air, dancing among the clouds. I also am a great conversationalist and good at expressing what is on my mind. Sometimes I speak in different voices just for fun. I might use squeaky voices, or deep monster voices, or the voices of brave rulers like kings and queens. I think speaking with different voices makes the words more exciting.
I never let my mistakes in a spelling quiz get me down because I enjoy the way words work. Sometimes I even make up my own words, and the sillier they are, the better! My most favourite made-up word is fantabulosisibbilybecause it describes the most positive and happy feeling in the world that is otherwise indescribable! My favourite real word is squeeze because I like the eeeeezzzzsound (and I do love a good squeezey hug too).
I enjoy words so much that I give everything a name: I’ve named my house, my school desk and I even named my red, feathery t-shirt Rosy-Cheeked Cuddle Tee.
Join me while I write words filled with life and feeling. Speak your true voice and let the world know what you have to say!
“Use your words to speak your truth. Use your words to speak your passion.”

We are all authors of our lives. That means we all have the power to create our own stories. Which character do you want to be? I suggest you write your book of life with strength, hope and courage. I also suggest you make yourself the main character of your story! Remember, you can turn the page anytime you like and you can always go back and visit your favourite parts.
You must always speak the words that belong to you! It is easy to get caught up in what others are saying... but before you blurt out words that are not yours, make sure you take a deep breath and clear your mind. Speak from your heart. Even if others don't understand your expression, at least you will know you spoke YOUR truth.
Use words that feel powerful! Speak words that feel magical! Express positivity and speak the words you want to experience. Speak things into being - talk about the things that make you feel great! The more you celebrate yourself with uplifting words, the more you will feel celebrated and then more your words will want to dance and have a party!
